He was one of the first Indian rebels. Khan took part in the fight for freedom in 1857. He was one of 14 people who were put to death for their part in the movement. Even so, his work influenced a lot of people who came after him. But after many years, people forgot about him.

She was an officer in the Indian Army. Captain Lakshmi was another name for her. Lakshmi fought in World War II and was a prisoner in Burma for a while.
